The Heart-to-Heart campaign for new heart monitors at Erie Shores HealthCare encourages YOU to purchase a heart as a gift or in memory of loved one and add a personalized message to their heart. Each heart will be displayed on their virtual or physical heart wall. All donations toward the Heart-to-Heart campaign will go directly toward funding new cardiac monitors for Erie Shores HealthCare (ESHC).
Hearts are by donation, with no minimum.
