Make A Difference

How you can help

Because of YOU, each year Erie Shores HealthCare treats more than 90,000 people.

Our dedicated team of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, technicians, and support workers care for over 38,000 emergency room patients and administer 96,000 diagnostic tests each year. We also perform over 4800 surgical procedures annually, with 500 of these patients requiring in-hospital care.

Giving to our Foundation ensures that we will have the resources needed to support the healthcare you want and depend on.
We offer giving options so you can select a program best suited to your wishes.

Estate Planning

This is a personal and endearing way of supporting our hospital and hospice now and into the future while at the same time enjoying significant tax and financial benefits. Planned Giving can take many forms: Bequest a gift in your will of money, securities or property while gaining peace of mind in the knowledge that your estate will receive tax benefits. Life insurance can be an affordable and valuable gift. By transferring an existing policy or taking out a new policy, you can support the Foundation with a substantial donation for a relatively small investment on your part.
