If you wish to further designate your gift, you can specify whether you would like to support either Erie Shores HealthCare and/or The Hospice, Erie Shores Campus. You can also choose to make your donation outright for immediate impact or endow it for scheduled contributions. We strongly advise first reaching out to your legal and investment advisors when considering a legacy gift. If you have left us a legacy gift, please consider contacting us to let us know.
